Room descriptions could be clearer to avoid unpleasant surprises!!! The noise from the surrounding areas needs serious attention to ensure a restful stay!!! Wi-Fi reliability is far below expectations for a hotel of this caliber!!!

We spent 7 nights in a Junior Suite and loved everything from the cozy tiny biscuits left on the bed to the refreshing fruit water at reception. The spa had a great steam room and relaxing massages that really helped us unwind after busy days. The only small hiccup was that our room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all! 😊

I truly appreciated the elegant, modern décor of the Palazzo Montemartini Rome, which combined contemporary design with historic charm. Spacious common areas made it easy for me to navigate throughout the hotel, enhancing my overall comfort during my stay.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

The staff impressed us with their warmth and attention to our needs. Ms. Irene at reception went above and beyond to help us address our specific requests. The gym surpassed our expectations, fully equipped for an intense workout.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room I was assigned was small, cramped, and not as advertised. I faced issues with the air conditioning, which they said was hotel policy to keep at a certain temperature, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the telephone didn’t work, forcing me to go downstairs for every issue I encountered. That lack of communication added unnecessary stress to my stay.

I was impressed by the luxurious rooftop bar, where I enjoyed bespoke cocktails while soaking in amazing views of the city. The in-house spa was a dream, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The location was excellent, as we could easily walk to popular sights and dining spots in about 30 minutes. The hotel had beautiful decor, and the breakfast was truly delightful, with a great variety of options. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the unexpected charges for basic services, like ordering water for our room. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there is room for improvement considering the price point.
